Our RN-BSN program is designed to build upon the student’s associate degree program by expanding their critical thinking skills and enhancing their ability to solve complex problems thereby preparing them for advanced roles in nursing practice or management. Graduates will be able to understand and navigate changes within the health care system and community, apply research methods to solve problems, communicate more effectively, and develop a greater identification as an enhanced nurse caregiver.
The educational objective of the RN-BSN program is to assist the individual nursing professional to advance within the nursing profession. Graduates of the program may:
➢ Have an expanded understanding of the nursing profession.
➢ Convey their expanded understanding of the nursing profession to their practice of nursing.
➢ Assume some leadership and management roles.

Requirements before starting your course:

- Microsoft Word and basic knowledge using the program
- Must know how to upload assignments in Word format
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- 2 professional letters of recommendation
- Proof of Florida residency
- Level II background check
- High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent
- Proof of U.S. citizenship
- Transcripts from an approved registered nurse program
